Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will always replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items. You must keep the packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage so that we can enter a claim with UPS.
Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. In general, an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer pays return shipping costs. All non-damage related returns are for account credit only. If you return more than 25% of an order it will be considered a cancellation and subject to a restocking fee.
